Some of you may remember that a 56-year old Ontario man was hit while riding on his bike about a week ago.

He was riding along a main street, when a vehicle struck him at a corner.  He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.  He died seven days later.

Bicycle riders have the same rights and responsibilities as automobile drivers.  Each year, a large amount of bike riders are killed and thousands are injured in collisions.

Bike safety comes from riders being visible and communicating their intentions with motorists.  Motorists, on the other hand, must keep their eyes on the road and look out for bicyclists.

I would like to advise them to contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit for them so they can at least receive compensation for their tragic loss.
